General Questions

You can create your menu by organizing items into Main Categories and Subcategories. Add option groups and add-ons, and set rules for how many selections a customer can make for each item.

When a customer places an order, it appears instantly on the kitchen screen. You can update the order status from “Placed” to “Kitchen Ready,” and the system automatically continues the workflow for dine-in, pickup, or delivery.

Once an order reaches Kitchen Ready, it moves into the delivery workflow. The delivery person picks up the order, assigns themselves, and completes the delivery. In the client portal, the status updates from Assigned to Delivered, and the customer receives a confirmation email once the order is completed.

All plans give customers access to a client portal where they can: - View the menu and place orders. - Track orders from “Received” to “Delivered.” - See a history of past orders. - Save a home or office address for faster ordering. With Pro or Full plans, customers can also: - View available promotions and discounts.

Customer Portal

In the customer portal, there is an "Order Tracking" option where all active orders are displayed. All movements are recorded, from "Received in Kitchen" to "Delivered." This tracking feature is only available for delivery orders.

Yes, the customer portal has a section to view past orders. This record includes the date and time the order was placed, as well as the invoice number if the order was billed.

Yes, the customer portal allows you to save two delivery addresses: a primary home address and a secondary one, such as an office address.

Each order has two billing options. The first is to use the tax information the customer has saved in their customer portal profile. The second is to manually modify the name and tax ID at the time of billing. This manual modification is performed by an administrator through the "Cash Register" module in the administration portal.

In the customer portal, there is a dedicated "Promotions" section where you can view all active offers.

Administration Portal

The Kitchen Display tool, located in the administration portal, divides orders into Dine-In, Takeout, and Delivery. Each order is shown on an individual card with a button to move it through the stages: 'Kitchen Received' to 'Kitchen Done.' Each card has a countdown timer that alerts staff after a certain time, which can be edited via support. Additionally, a confirmation sound plays when starting an order. The Kitchen Display also allows searching by order or table number and has a full-screen option.

The Cashier tool, found in the administration portal, displays all orders ready for the billing stage. This is where the order's invoice is created and the order is officially closed. Orders can be billed using the information a customer saved in their customer portal, or new billing information can be manually entered, which will only apply to that specific order.

The Delivery tool is located in the administration portal. Once a delivery order changes to 'Kitchen Ready,' it moves into this tool. Here, you can print a delivery label containing only contact details and the items to be delivered. The first step is to 'Accept' the order, which prompts you to enter the name of the person making the delivery. The second step is to set the order 'In Route.' Finally, once the order is handed over, you mark it as 'Delivered,' which automatically sends a delivery confirmation email to the customer.

The menu creation tool is in the administration portal. You can create Main Categories (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch) and Subcategories (e.g., Healthy Breakfasts, Lunch Burgers). Within each subcategory, you can create dishes, which include an image, description, and price. You have the option to activate or deactivate dishes. Within each dish, there is a section to add dish-specific Add-Ons. You also have the option to create global Option Groups for general side items.

An **Add-On** is specific to one dish. For example, if you want to give a customer the option to add bacon to one specific burger but not others, that is an Add-On for that item. An **Option Group** is shared across multiple items. For example, side dishes that are the same for all burgers would be set up as an Option Group.

The promotion creation tool is in the administration portal. All promotions are based on discount coupons. Each coupon can be visible or secret, and can offer a percentage or a fixed discount. Coupons can be assigned by categories, subcategories, or specific dishes. You can configure how many times the same customer can use a coupon, as well as the total number of coupons available.

The Marketing tool is located in the administration portal. It collects all registered customer emails and newsletter sign-ups, allowing you to send advertising campaigns. The tool enables you to create campaigns from templates or from scratch and includes a checklist to guide you through creating a successful campaign.

The tax configuration tool is located in the administration portal. Taxes can be set to be either included or not included in the listed prices. You can configure rounding types such as Half Up or Half Even. Different tax percentages can also be configured for Dine-In, Takeout, or Delivery orders. A Service Charge can be configured, and you can specify whether it includes tax or not. Furthermore, additional taxes can be configured by jurisdiction.

The system records and prints invoices, but you must check whether the equipment running the application needs to be registered with local authorities. Within the system, you can choose to enable or disable invoice numbering. If enabled, you can enter a Series number, a Prefix number, a Suffix number, and a Padding number.

We are excited to introduce our AI Studio. This tool is perfect for igniting your imagination for creating dish names, descriptions, and images. Based on the options you enter, the tool provides dish name suggestions. Once you select a desired name, you have the option to create a description and a prompt that you can then paste into an external AI image generator. This tool only generates the text prompt, not the image itself.
